Fanart for
 Ah, finally some art! ... Or not. Don't really know what this is. I have found Joltte's character Syyskuun lapsi (="Child of September") very lovely character. It's not because of the markings or because it is a canine, but because Joltte draws her/him so adorable with her unique style. It's the style that attracts me so much. Maybe I should tell something about this picture.. Well, it all started when I drank some hot chocolate and called Joltte's character a doughnut eyed puppy (= "rinkelisilmäinen pentu"). At the same time I asked if I could draw fanart of her/him. I got permission and so the magical adventure of sketching began. Which was a nightmare. Many ideas, many perspectives and many cute poses but none of them was satisfying. I wanted to draw something different this time. And this is the result. I'll be honest this time: This has the worst background for a long time. I just couldn't get enough time/inspiration/blah blah to make the background that I wanted, so I just took all possible pictures from my hardware and joined them together. That's why everything looks so.. not-so-perspective-looking. Let's hate that floor together! Oh, yeah. Forgot to tell that I'm not dead yet.  Character © EDIT: More old pictures. |

I don't think the background is bad at all, it's better than how someone who might try to attempt may do. The lighting and the sparkles look neat.
Great job on the colors as usual, you always find the correct shceme for each picture.
As for the characters, I'd say that doughnut is very interesting. 8D Syyskuun lapsi has a nice pose too. Your lineart is clean on top of all that, I wish you'd spill more secrets.
